William D. McCririe-

     Mr. McCririe is the senior and founding member of the firm. Mr. McCririe is a 1952 graduate of Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He obtained his law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law and was admitted to practice in Michigan in 1957. Mr. McCririe recently received recognition as the longest practicing attorney in Livingston County where he has practiced law since 1958.

     Mr. McCririe is a Director and active member of the Michigan Council of School Attorneys, a member of the Livingston County Bar Association, the Brighton Rotary Club, Brighton Chamber of Commerce and the First Methodist Church in Brighton. Mr. McCririe has served as the Circuit Court Commissioner of Livingston County and as a member of the Brighton City Council, and President of the Livingston County Bar Associaton. He has also served on a State Board by appointment of the Governor.

     Mr. McCririe has lived in Brighton most of his life with his wife Barbara. He is the father of five sons, all adults, graduates of the Brighton School system and Michigan State University, some with advanced degrees.

     Mr. McCririe concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Planning, Real Estate Law, Litigation, Local Government and School Law.
