Municipal Law
Our firm has engaged in representation of governmental units, including school districts, townships, cities and downtown development authorities over the past 30 years. Our involvement in this area of the law includes assisting governmental units in the conduct of their day to day affairs such as planning, ordinance enforcement, land acquisition, public and closed meetings, complex litigation and providing legal opinions on important matters. We also have extensive experience in representing private clients in their dealing with governmental units. This includes zoning issues, planning issues, site plan reviews, litigation, and appearances before planning commissions, city councils and township boards on behalf of private citizens and businesses.
